The group chat was chaos. Someone always dropped out. Booking was a pain. Payments even worse. Finding new people to play with? Awkward at best. And most traditional clubs didn’t feel built for us anyway.
So we thought: what if there was a better way?
The Frustration That Started It All
Golf has a lot going for it: it’s outdoors, it’s competitive, it’s social, it’s addictive. But if you’re not in a club (or don’t want to be), it’s surprisingly hard to just play.
Booking. Organising. Finding people. Knowing where you’re welcome. None of it felt simple.
And we weren’t alone. We spoke to hundreds of golfers - from casuals to competitors - and the same themes kept coming up: they loved the game, but hated the faff.
